What is your favorite undiscovered grape? Picpoul Blanc. Great acidity, food friendly, and a favorite of the family matriarch

What was your first experience with an undiscovered grape? Tasting CA versions of Rhone varietals such as Picpoul and Mourvedre’. Learning there was so much more out there than the classics

What do you love most about the undiscovered grapes? Introducing consumers to new varietals and showing people there are so many great wines out there that are not Cabernet or chardonnay
