What is your favorite undiscovered grape? Nebbiolo

What was your first experience with an undiscovered grape? Nebbiolo. I was not sure how it would grow in Lodi, but I am growing it in Clements Hills.

What do you love most about the undiscovered grapes? They are beautiful wines, fruit-forward with high acids.
