Cabernet Franc is my favorite, and is also our signature varietal in Livermore Valley. I love all the pyrazines! What was your first experience with an undiscovered grape? The first time I had Carmenere, it blew my mind. All the green chili in the nose made me believe the wine would be chewy, but the wine was so creamy, silky and full of black berry and plumb. What do you love most about the undiscovered grapes?
