What is your favorite undiscovered grape? Fiano. It almost disappeared until someone made it a focus. It is a success story and also delicious!
What was your first experience with an undiscovered grape? I wasn’t sure what to make of Nebbiolo the first time I tried it. I did not understand it, but I knew I wanted a second glass.
